Any person may request data on a specific Tier II facility from the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) or the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). Any such request shall be made in writing using a Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA) request form. The GRAMA form and additional instructions are available on the GRAMA web page:

If the SERC does not have the Tier II information in its possession, we will request of the facility owner or operator for the Tier II information for hazardous chemicals which a facility has stored in an amount in excess of 10,000 pounds present at the facility at any time during the preceding calendar year. For information concerning chemicals present at lower amounts, the written request must contain a statement concerning the general need for the information.
A response to a request for Tier II information, will be made as within 10 days.
