Starting August 4 DEQ offices will operate on extended hours to better serve your needs as part of Governor Huntsman's "Working 4 Utah" initiative. The offices will be open Monday - Thursday 7 a.m - 6 p.m. Closed Friday.
The Branch focuses on properties, most currently unused, that have been contaminated by improper use, storage or disposal of hazardous wastes. Three programs tools are used:
